Experienced Real Estate Agent

PorchLight Realty is looking for experienced, motivated real estate agents who know how to convert opportunities into closings.

We provide a high-volume, team-oriented environment with access to online buyer and seller opportunities, including Zillow leads. We are looking for agents who understand that receiving a lead is only the beginning—the right agent knows how to respond quickly, build rapport, follow up consistently, secure the appointment, and ultimately close the transaction.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has real estate sales experience and a proven ability to work and convert online leads.

You should be comfortable:

Responding to Zillow and other online leads immediately
Converting inbound calls, texts, and internet inquiries into appointments
Building rapport quickly with buyers and sellers
Conducting strong buyer consultations
Following up consistently with leads who are not ready to transact immediately
Managing a large pipeline of active and nurture leads
Using a CRM and maintaining accurate follow-up tasks and notes
Showing homes and writing competitive offers
Negotiating contracts and guiding clients through escrow
Asking for the business and confidently closing
Working within a team environment with accountability and performance expectations

Qualifications

Active California real estate license
Prior residential real estate sales experience
Experience working online leads strongly preferred
Zillow, Zillow Flex, or similar internet lead experience is a major plus
Strong phone, text, and in-person communication skills
Proven follow-up and organizational skills
Comfortable being measured on lead response, appointments, conversion, contracts, and closings
Available to respond to leads and clients when opportunities arise
Professional, coachable, competitive, and team-oriented
Strong knowledge of the San Diego real estate market preferred
